Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
-Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance, capability Identify cost savings through negotiations, event driven activities, and alternate sourcing to achieve assigned cost reduction goals.
-Ensure components supply assurance with the right industry manufacturing technology capability and business setup scale.
-Monitor current commodity market conditions to identify potential supply challenges and develop a supply continuity plan.
-Fully responsible for the purchases and procures of direct, indirect, consumable, non-consumable, and others type of materials, machineries, equipment & etc.
-Implementation of alternative procurement sources to minimize stock times, inventory levels and costs (cost avoidance or cost reduction).
-Manage production material to timely delivery, JIT & VMI practices.
-Contract and price negotiations for large volumes to contribute to the profitability of the company.
-Involve multi-task functions which include system management, ERP and strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
-Manage entire departmental KPI efficiently and effectively.
-Be responsible for management reporting such as material risk assessment, concept savings, supplier evaluation, KPI reporting.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
-Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the EMS or electronics manufacturing sector.
-Experience in strategic sourcing, cost control, and supplier negotiation is essential.
-Familiar with sourcing for electronic components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc.), mechanical parts, and packaging materials.
-Understanding of MRP/ERP systems and BOM structure.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers globally.
-Able to manage supplier escalations and resolve procurement issues efficiently.
-Proven experience in managing a purchasing team or leading cross-functional projects.
-Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage (especially for dealing with China-based suppliers).
