What you need to do:-
-Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and company events.
-Support event preparation, including venue setup, coordination with vendors, and on-site event assistance.
-Design and edit basic marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, and event banners.
-Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media platforms and marketing content.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and events.
-Prepare event-related materials such as registration lists, promotional items, and marketing collaterals.
-Capture photos or videos during events for marketing and promotional use when required.
-Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team.


What we need from you:-
-Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Event Management, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of working experience in marketing is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as this role will liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional counterparts.

Key traits that we are looking for:-
-Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation is an advantage.
-Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
-Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to work on weekends when required.
-Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-Immediate availability or short notice is an added advantage.
