Job Responsibilities
-Handle full set of accounts ensure accurate and timely closing of month end accounts and year end accounts.
-Managing daily accounting transactions.
-Prepare report of financial analysis.
-In charge on tax compliance and annual statutory.
-Prepare audit schedules for year-end accounts.
-Assist to prepare yearly budget and monthly cash flow forecast.
-Liaise with banker on Telegraphic Transfer, Fund Transfer, Letter of Credit (LC) etc.
-Submission of E-invoice and SST.
-Manage Accounts Payable for intercompany and trade suppliers.
-Prepare reconciliation of intercompany and suppliers.
-Renewal of MOF Certificate.
-Liaising with external auditors, company secretarial, tax consultants, bankers, suppliers and clients.
-Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Job Requirement
-Candidate Degree in Finance/Accountancy, diploma in Finance/Accountancy.
-Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Full time available.
-Knowledge of banking facilities.
