JOB DESCRIPTION
-Assist the Finance HOD in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, including staff supervision.
-Ensure timely and accurate preparation of statutory and management reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs.
-Review and monitor financial processes, reporting activities, and internal controls.
-Manage cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions
-Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for the company and group
-Prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, and review statutory audit reports.
-Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary
-Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal procedures where necessary.
-Provide guidance and support to junior staff to enhance team efficiency
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATION
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification 9ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent)
-Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
-Good knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
-Proficient in accounting software an Microsoft Excel
-Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadline
