QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
-Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation : Identifies, evaluates, and selects vendors, negotiates contracts, prices, and terms to achieve cost saving.
-Operations Purchasing : Manages the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase orders (POs), supplier invoices, and delivery tracking.
-Inventory & Production Planning : Translates production and sales forecast into purchasing plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
-Vendor Management : Builds and maintains long-term supplier relationships, conducting performance reviews and ensuring quality compliance per ISO standard
-Risk Management : Identifies potential supply chain risks and develops mitigation strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience : Generally requires 3 - 5 yrs in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles, particularly in manufacturing and project procurement.
-Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions.
-Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, colleagues, and customers. ability to write and speak fluent in English, Malay and Chinese
-Problems-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
-Proficiency in Supply Chain Software : Familiarity with ERP or MES systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
-Strong Organization & Time Management Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Bachelor's Degree : In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
