Job Purpose

The Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies, and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements

To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products.

Responsible for production raw material testing and other related testing and ensure testing complies to internationally accepted guidelines.

Expert and able to demonstrate implementation, documentation, monitoring experience in the development and application of GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC.

Reviews, comments, and approves the contractors Quality Control Plans.

Manages project audits program; prepares and implements the project inspection strategy to cover all project phases

Perform other duties as assigned.



Job requirement

Must have:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/Food Management Graduates or any related studies.

Minimum 3 to 5 years in management level.

Must have typhoid injection card.

Must be willing to do shift work.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to tolerate working in an environment that contains flour dust.

Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to details, self-driven, ability to deal with ambiguity, good communications and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple assignments at any given time in a team environment.

Knowledge of Food Safety, Regulatory, and Quality Systems and their application within food processing (bakery)

Good to have:

Food handling certificate (preferred).

Halal training certificate (preferred).
