Duties & Responsibilities

Work independently in performing procurement functions ranging from pre-qualifying, sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and awarding with local and overseas suppliers.

Monitoring, expediting and follow up closely on the delivery schedule.

Develop new vendor relationships

Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.

Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals.

Ensuring the needs of internal stakeholders are attended.

Requirements:

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate and well versed.

At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing.

Team player.
