Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretariat is responsible for providing general administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Secretariat team in ensuring corporate compliance, governance, and administrative efficiency within the Group. The role involves maintaining and managing statutory records, preparing resolutions and corporate documents, coordinating meetings, including compiling and distributing board papers. assisting with statutory filings to ensure compliance with regulations as well as assisting in monitoring directors' training.

Requirements and qualification:-

CGI (ICSA) qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial, preferably with exposure in public listed companies.

Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Good interpersonal and communication skill, able to work well with people at all levels.

Proven proficiency in minutes writing.

Proactive, resourceful, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment.

To provide support to the corporate secretarial department in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions.
