Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Contract Stage
Assist in preparation of cost estimates and feasibility studies

Support in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (if applicable)

Assist in tender documentation and compilation

Participate in tender evaluation and comparison

Prepare cost comparison reports under supervision

2. Post-Contract Stage
Assist in valuation of progress claims from contractors

Check variation order submissions and supporting documents

Assist in preparation of cost reports and budget tracking

Monitor project cost against approved budget

Support final account documentation and verification

3. Contract Administration Support
Assist in maintaining contract records

Track variation orders and cost implications

Prepare meeting minutes related to cost matters

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project team

4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper filing and cost records

Update cost tracking spreadsheets

Assist in preparing management reports

Learning Exposure
Interns will gain exposure to:

Developer-side contract administration

Budget control and cost reporting

Tender evaluation process

Variation order assessment

Practical understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM & PWD)

Real project cost control workflow
