Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management & Posting

Check

, import, and post all financial transactions from sub-modules (e.g., AP, AR, PS, PM) to the General Ledger (GL) module.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data integration in the IFCA accounting system.

Reconciliation

Perform data reconciliation between sub-modules and the GL module in IFCA system.

Investigate

and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Monthly Reporting & Closing

Prepare

and verify Gross Development Value (GDV) reports for month-end closing.

Compute and analyze monthly profit for management reporting.

Prepare management accounts and financial highlights for management review.

Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for leased assets.

Master Data & Control

Prepare and monitor master control listings for consultants and contractors.

Maintain updated and accurate creditor and debtor aging reports.

Monitor and update the Fixed Asset listing.

Taxation & Compliance

Prepare monthly tax computations and yearly tax estimation.

Handle tax queries and coordinate with tax agents when necessary.

Prepare and submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) returns on a bi-monthly basis.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Audit & Year-End Activities

Assist in the preparation of year-end audit accounts and gazette accounts.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.

Ad-Hoc Reporting

Prepare

ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by management.
