Role Overview / 职位概述
As the Sales Manager (GWM) at Auto Elegance Sdn Bhd, you will lead a team of Sales Advisors selling GWM vehicles (EVs and SUVs) from our showroom at Axis Vista, Petaling Jaya. You will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery.

You will manage day to day showroom operations, execute sales strategies, and build a performance focused culture that grows volume, profitability and customer loyalty for the GWM brand.

作为 GWM 销售经理,你将带领一支销售顾问(Sales Advisor)团队,在八打灵再也 Axis Vista 展厅负责 GWM 旗下电动车与 SUV 车型的销售。你需要确保门店销售目标达成,持续辅导和发展团队,并在客户从首次咨询到车辆交付的全过程中,提供专业、一致且优质的客户体验。

你将负责展厅日常运营管理,落实销售策略,并打造以业绩为导向的团队文化,推动 GWM 品牌在销量、盈利能力和客户忠诚度方面持续提升。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Team Leadership & Coaching / 团队领导与辅导

Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
领导、激励并管理销售顾问团队,达成个人及团队销售目标。

Conduct regular coaching, role plays and product knowledge sessions (including GWM/EV updates).
定期开展销售辅导、情景演练及产品知识培训(包括 GWM 与电动车更新)。

Set clear performance expectations and provide structured feedback via monthly reviews.
设定清晰绩效目标,并通过月度回顾给予结构化反馈。

Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new Sales Advisors.
参与新销售顾问的招聘、入职与培训。

2. Sales Strategy & Performance Management / 销售策略与业绩管理

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow showroom traffic, test drives, conversion rate and closing ratio for GWM models.
制定并执行销售策略,提升展厅客流、试驾次数、转化率及成交率。

Plan and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the team.
规划并跟踪团队的月度、季度和年度销售目标。

Analyse sales performance, lead sources and pipeline; take corrective action where needed.
分析销售表现、线索来源和销售管道,在需要时采取改进措施。

Work with management on campaigns, promotions and pricing within company/principal guidelines.
在公司及厂方政策范围内,与管理层合作制定活动、促销与价格策略。

3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management / 客户体验与关系管理

Ensure every customer is greeted and handled professionally in line with GWM brand standards.
确保每位客户按照 GWM 品牌标准获得专业、一致的接待与服务。

Resolve escalated customer issues promptly, safeguarding dealership and brand reputation.
及时处理升级客户问题,维护经销店与品牌声誉。

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, fleet buyers and corporate accounts.
建立并维护重点客户、车队客户及企业客户关系。

Promote a culture of follow-up, referrals and long-term relationships.
推动团队形成主动跟进、转介绍与长期客户经营的文化。

4. Sales Process & Showroom Operations / 销售流程与展厅运营

Oversee the end-to-end sales process: enquiry, test drive, quotation, booking, loan approval, trade-in and delivery.
全面监督端到端销售流程:咨询、试驾、报价、订车、贷款审批、旧车置换及交车。

Ensure all documentation (booking forms, loan applications, trade-in evaluations, registration documents) is accurate and compliant.
确保各类销售文件准确、完整并符合规范。

Monitor showroom standards, vehicle displays, test drive units and overall readiness.
监督展厅标准、车辆展示、试驾车状况及整体对客准备度。

Implement and enforce SOPs for sales activities and customer handling.
制定并落实销售及客户接待的标准作业流程(SOP)。

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination / 跨部门协作与协调

Work closely with Marketing to drive lead generation via online campaigns, social media, roadshows and events.
与市场部紧密合作,通过线上推广、社交媒体、路演和活动引流获客。

Coordinate with After Sales / Service teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
与售后/服务团队协调,确保客户在用车阶段的体验顺畅一致。

Liaise with Finance, Admin and Management on pricing approvals, stock allocation and reporting.
与财务、行政及管理层沟通处理价格审批、车辆分配及报表需求。

6. Reporting & Compliance / 报告与合规

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports (units, revenue, margin, lead status, pipeline).
编制日、周、月度销售报告(台数、收入、利润、线索状态与销售管道)。

Track competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback; share insights and recommendations.
跟踪竞争对手活动、市场趋势及客户反馈,并向管理层提供洞察与建议。

Ensure adherence to company policies, GWM/manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements.
确保遵守公司政策、GWM/厂家标准及相关法规。

Requirements / 任职要求
Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
至少 5–8 年销售工作经验,其中 2–3 年担任主管/经理级职位。

Experience in automotive sales (passenger vehicles / EVs) is strongly preferred.
具备乘用车/电动车汽车销售经验者优先。

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as both an individual and a leader.
具备明确销售业绩记录,能证明过去持续达成并超越个人及团队目标。

Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
具备较强的领导力、团队管理与辅导能力。

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with retail and corporate customers.
良好的沟通与人际交往能力,能自如应对零售及企业客户。

Strong analytical and planning skills; confident using basic sales systems/CRM and reporting tools.
具备良好的数据分析与规划能力,熟悉基础销售系统/CRM 及报表工具。

Language / 语言: Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
普通话与英文流利,会马来文者为加分项。

Possess a valid driving licence and able to conduct/oversee test drives.
持有有效驾驶执照,能亲自或监督安排试驾。
