Job Description

Role Overview / 岗位概述

As a Parts & Warranty Executive, you will manage spare parts inventory and warranty claims for GWM vehicles.
作为零件与保修专员,你将负责 GWM 车辆的备件库存管理及保修索赔流程。

You will ensure parts availability for the workshop and sales, handle ordering and stock control, and coordinate warranty submissions with GWM Malaysia according to brand standards.
你需要确保车间及销售所需零件的供应,处理订货与库存管控,并按照品牌标准与 GWM Malaysia 对接保修申请。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Parts Management / 零件管理

Maintain updated records of parts inventory (incoming, outgoing, stock on hand).
维护最新的零件库存记录,包括入库、出库及现有库存数量。

Process parts orders from workshop and counter sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
处理来自车间及前台销售的零件申请/领料,确保准确、及时。

Assist in ordering parts from GWM Malaysia / principal; monitor lead times and backorders.
协助向 GWM Malaysia / 厂方订购零件,并跟进交货周期及欠货(backorder)情况。

Conduct regular stock counts and help manage slow-moving/obsolete stock.
定期参与盘点工作,并协助管理呆滞或需报废的库存。

Warranty Administration / 保修管理

Process warranty claims in line with GWM guidelines and procedures.
按照 GWM 保修政策与流程处理保修索赔。

Liaise with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure documentation (job orders, photos, test reports) is complete.
与服务顾问及技师沟通,确保工单、照片、测试报告等保修资料齐全。

Submit and track warranty claims with GWM Malaysia; follow up on approvals or rejections.
向 GWM Malaysia 提交并跟进保修申请,追踪批核或拒赔结果。

Maintain clear records of warranty work, parts used, and claim status.
维护清晰的保修记录,包括相关工单、使用零件及索赔状态。

Coordination & Support / 协调与支持

Work closely with Service, Sales, and Accounts teams on parts availability, pricing, and billing.
与售后服务、销售及财务团队紧密合作,就零件供应、价格及账单事宜进行协调。

Support accessories and parts enquiries from Sales Advisors (for new car fitments) where required.
在需要时,支持销售顾问处理新车加装配件的零件/配件咨询。

Assist in preparing basic parts and warranty reports for management and principal.
协助准备基础的零件及保修相关报告,供管理层及厂方参考。

Requirements / 任职要求

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in automotive parts, warehouse, or warranty roles.
至少 2–4 年汽车零件、仓储或保修相关工作经验。

Familiarity with dealership parts systems and basic inventory control.
熟悉经销商零件系统及基础库存管理流程。

Understanding of warranty processes in an automotive context is an advantage.
了解汽车行业保修流程者优先。

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
注重细节,文件及数据录入准确度高。

Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage (for principal and supplier communications).
语言:能使用中文和英文沟通;懂马来文更佳(方便与厂方及供应商沟通)。

Strong interest in cars and EV technology, with willingness to learn GWM parts and systems.
对汽车及电动车技术有兴趣,愿意持续学习 GWM 零件及系统。
