Role Overview / 职位概述
As a Live Streamer (Automotive – GWM), you will host live sessions on social media platforms to introduce GWM vehicles, highlight key features, answer basic questions, and encourage viewers to book test drives or visit our showroom. This role is suitable for university students or fresh graduates who are confident on camera, enjoy talking to people, and are interested in cars and EVs.

作为 汽车直播员（GWM），你将通过社交媒体平台进行直播，介绍 GWM 车型、重点亮点与功能，回答基础问题，并引导观众预约试驾或前往展厅。此岗位适合 大学生或应届毕业生，只要你上镜自然、喜欢与人互动，并对汽车或电动车有兴趣，就很适合加入我们。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Host live streams on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other assigned channels.
在 TikTok、Instagram、Facebook 或公司指定的平台进行直播。

Present GWM vehicles (exterior, interior, features, technology, promotions) in an engaging and professional manner.
以专业且有吸引力的方式介绍 GWM 车型，包括外观、内饰、配置、科技亮点及优惠活动等。

Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments, basic product questions, and simple purchase process questions.
在直播过程中与观众实时互动，回复留言、基础产品问题及简单购车流程问题。

Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to promote ongoing campaigns, offers, and events during live sessions.
与销售及市场团队配合，在直播中推广当期活动、优惠及展厅相关信息。

Encourage viewers to submit enquiries, book test drives, and visit the showroom; pass qualified leads to the Sales team.
引导观众留下联系方式、提交咨询、预约试驾及到店看车，并将有效线索转交销售团队跟进。

Assist in planning live stream topics, simple scripts, and run downs for each session.
协助策划直播主题、简单脚本及每场直播的流程安排。

Support content creation between live sessions, such as short videos, stories, and behind the scenes clips.
在非直播时段协助内容制作，例如短视频、限时动态及幕后花絮等。

Prepare basic post live reporting, including viewer count, engagement, and leads generated.
每场直播结束后，整理基础数据报告，包括观看人数、互动表现及所获取的线索数量。

Requirements / 任职要求
University student or fresh graduate in any field; Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or Business is an advantage.
大学生或应届毕业生皆可，市场营销、传播学、大众传播、商科等相关专业优先。

Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with live audiences.
对着镜头讲话自然，不怯场，并愿意与直播观众互动。

Strong interest in cars and/or EV technology; willing to learn about GWM models.
对汽车及/或电动车技术有兴趣，并愿意学习 GWM 车型知识。

Basic understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
对 TikTok、Instagram、Facebook 等社交媒体平台有基本认识。

Able to communicate clearly in Mandarin and basic English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
能以普通话清晰沟通，并具备基础英文能力；懂马来文者优先。

Outgoing, confident, and able to work in a fast-moving environment, including some evenings or weekends for live sessions.
性格外向、自信，能适应节奏较快的工作环境，并可配合部分晚间或周末直播安排。
