Role Overview / 职位概述
As a Marketing Executive (Automotive – GWM), you will support the Marketing function in turning marketing activities into real enquiries, test drives, and sales across GWM’s EV and SUV range.
You will assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns (digital + on ground), manage day to day social media and basic digital activities, help with content and materials, and coordinate with the Sales and Management teams to ensure campaigns are implemented smoothly and on time. This is a hands on execution role, suitable for someone who wants to grow into a more senior marketing position over time.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Marketing Strategy Support & Planning / 营销策略支持与规划
Assist in developing the annual and monthly marketing plans for Auto Elegance (GWM), covering awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
协助制定 Auto Elegance(GWM)的年度及月度营销计划,涵盖品牌曝光、线索获取及客户留存。
Help translate sales objectives (units, focus models, promotions) into campaign ideas, simple briefs, and timelines.
协助将销售目标(台数、重点车型、促销活动)转化为具体营销活动构思、基础 brief 与时间表。
Conduct basic research on customer profiles, catchment areas, and competitor activity to support positioning and campaign planning.
进行基础市场调研,包括客户画像、商圈(catchment area)及竞争动态,为定位与活动策划提供支持。
2. Integrated Campaigns (Online & Offline) / 整合营销活动(线上 + 线下)
Support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, print, outdoor, and events to drive showroom visits and test drives.
协助执行整合营销活动,覆盖数字媒体、社交媒体、CRM、平面、户外及活动推广,为展厅带来客流与试驾。
Assist in coordinating new model introductions and campaigns (e.g. HAVAL H6 HEV, ORA launches, TANK promotions) with materials, timelines, and branch needs.
协助配合新车型上市及重点活动(如 HAVAL H6 HEV、ORA 上市、TANK 促销等)的物料准备、时间安排及门店需求。
Help localise and roll out principal / GWM Malaysia campaigns at dealership level.
协助将厂方 / GWM Malaysia 的全国性活动在经销店层面进行本地化落地。
3. Digital & Performance Marketing / 数字与绩效营销支持
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content calendar, captions, posting, basic community management, and simple performance checks.
负责日常社交媒体运营,包括内容日历、文案撰写、发布、基础互动管理及简单数据查看。
Assist with website / landing page updates and online listings (e.g. model info, promotions, images).
协助更新官网 / 落地页及线上车型信息,例如车型资料、促销信息及图片等。
Support in setting up and monitoring paid media campaigns together with the Marketing Manager or external agency.
在市场经理或外部代理配合下,协助设置与监控付费广告。
Help track leads from digital channels and coordinate with the Sales team on follow-up and simple CRM journeys.
协助追踪数字渠道所获得的销售线索,并配合销售团队进行跟进及简单 CRM 流程。
4. Retail Marketing, Events & Partnerships / 零售营销、活动与合作
Assist in planning and setting up showroom level marketing, including displays, POSM, window visuals, and test drive signages.
协助规划与布置展厅层面的营销内容,包括展厅陈列、POSM、橱窗视觉及试驾指示牌等。
Support roadshows, test drive events, mall activations, corporate previews, and customer appreciation activities.
支持路演、试驾活动、商场展出、企业专场及客户感谢活动的执行。
Help coordinate with partners on joint promotions and small collaborations.
协助与合作伙伴进行联合推广及小型合作项目的对接。
5. Brand, Content & Creative / 品牌、内容与创意
Ensure all outgoing materials follow GWM brand guidelines and key messages.
确保所有对外物料符合 GWM 品牌规范及关键信息要求。
Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and designers to produce creative assets.
协调代理公司、自由创意人员及设计师,确保视觉、视频及宣传物料按时产出。
Draft basic content such as social posts, eDM text, and simple write ups on product features, safety, technology, ownership benefits, and offers.
撰写基础内容,例如社交媒体文案、eDM 文案及简单介绍文案,清晰说明产品特点、安全科技、技术亮点、用车优势及优惠信息。
6. Insights, Reporting & Budget Support / 洞察、报告与预算支持
Assist in tracking and reporting campaign performance, and highlight what worked / didn’t.
协助跟踪和汇报活动表现,并简单整理哪些有效、哪些需要改进。
Help monitor competitor campaigns and pricing communication, and compile simple market updates.
协助监测竞争品牌活动及价格传播,整理简单市场动态供内部参考。
Support basic administration of the marketing A&P budget.
支持市场 A&P 预算的基础行政工作,例如 PO、发票及费用记录。
7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management / 协作与关系管理
Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to align marketing activities with monthly focus models and showroom priorities.
与销售经理及销售团队紧密合作,使营销活动与每月重点车型及门店优先事项保持一致。
Liaise with GWM Malaysia / principal marketing teams on assets, approvals, and campaign calendar updates.
与 GWM Malaysia / 厂方市场团队沟通,获取物料、进行简单审批及更新活动日历。
Coordinate with agencies, media, influencers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of agreed tasks.
协调代理公司、媒体、KOL/网红及供应商,确保各项执行按时完成。
Requirements / 任职要求
Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or related roles; automotive or premium consumer brand experience is an advantage.
至少 2 - 4 年 市场、数字营销、品牌传播或相关岗位工作经验;有汽车或中高端消费品牌经验者优先。
Experience in a dealership, distributor, or retail environment is a plus but not mandatory.
具备经销商、总代理或零售环境经验者加分,但并非必须。
Hands on experience with digital marketing and social media.
具备数字营销及社交媒体实战经验。
Proven experience executing integrated marketing activities, even at junior level.
曾参与执行整合营销活动,即使是偏初级岗位也可。
Strong execution skills with the ability to organise tasks, follow timelines, and deliver work reliably.
执行力强,能合理安排任务、跟进时间节点,并可靠完成日常市场工作。
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable reading basic campaign and social metrics and summarising key points.
具备良好的数据敏感度,能阅读基础活动 / 社交媒体数据并抓出重点。
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills; able to work effectively with sales, management, principal, and external partners.
具备良好的沟通与协作能力,能与销售团队、管理层、厂方及外部合作伙伴有效配合。
Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and English; ability to support Mandarin content is an advantage. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Strong interest in cars and EV technology, with a willingness to continuously learn about GWM products and the wider automotive market.
