Role Overview / 职位概述
As an Automotive Technician (GWM), you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on GWM vehicles, including EVs, hybrids, and conventional models. You will work closely with the Service team to ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time in accordance with GWM standards.

作为 汽车技师（GWM），你将负责 GWM 车辆的定期保养、故障诊断及维修工作，涵盖电动车、混合动力及传统燃油车型。你将与售后服务团队紧密合作，确保所有作业均按照 GWM 标准，以安全、准确及及时的方式完成。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Carry out scheduled services (lube service, general service, periodic maintenance) according to GWM service guidelines.
根据 GWM 服务标准执行定期保养工作，包括更换机油、常规保养及周期性维护。

Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and (where trained) EV systems.
对机械系统、电气系统，以及（经培训后）电动车相关系统进行故障诊断与排查。

Execute repair work, parts replacement, and adjustments as per job orders.
根据工单执行维修作业、零件更换及相关调整。

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
正确使用工具、设备及诊断仪器，确保作业准确、安全。

Follow safety procedures, especially when working on high voltage EV systems (after training/certification).
严格遵守安全操作程序，特别是在处理高压电动车系统时（完成相关培训/认证后）。

Record work performed, parts used, and time taken accurately on job cards.
在工单上准确记录已完成的工作内容、所使用零件及工时。

Support pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and fitting of accessories for new vehicles when required.
在需要时协助新车交付前检查（PDI）及加装配件工作。

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop area.
保持车间整洁有序，确保工作区域符合安全与管理要求。

Requirements / 任职要求
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or workshop environment.
至少 2 - 5 年 汽车技师相关经验，具有经销商或维修车间工作经验者优先。

Relevant technical qualification in automotive, mechatronics, or related fields.
具备汽车维修、机电一体化或相关专业技术资格。

Experience with Chinese brands or EVs is an advantage, but not mandatory.
有中国品牌或电动车维修经验者优先，但并非必要条件。

Able to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and use diagnostic tools.
能阅读技术手册、电路图，并能使用诊断工具进行检测。

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，工作细心负责。

Language: Basic proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to read principal documentation and communicate with team), plus basic English / Bahasa Malaysia.
语言要求： 具备基础普通话能力者优先（可阅读部分厂方资料及与团队沟通），并懂基本英文 / 马来文者更佳。

Willing to undergo training on GWM models and EV safety.
愿意接受 GWM 车型及电动车安全相关培训，并持续提升专业技能。
