Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned territories, brands, or key accounts (including chain pharmacies)

Drive sales growth, distribution, visibility, and market share

Lead trade negotiations covering pricing, promotions, listings, and commercial terms

Develop and execute joint business plans and account or brand strategies

Coordinate product launches, trade promotions, and in‑store activations

Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights

Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and internal stakeholders

Coach and guide sales or commercial teams to achieve targets (for managerial roles)

Ensure effective execution, reporting discipline, and compliance with company policies

Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and motivate sales, commercial, or marketing teams to achieve business targets

Translate commercial strategies into clear execution plans for field or account teams

Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and capability development

Drive strong discipline in coverage, reporting, execution excellence, and compliance

Foster cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment and effective business execution

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales, product marketing, or key account management

Strong exposure to pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or modern trade / chain pharmacy

Proven track record in driving commercial growth and managing key stakeholders

Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Able to work independently with frequent local travel

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools
