Job Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance

Draft, review and manage corporate agreements and legal documents.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws across the Group.

Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, templates and SOPs.

Support implementation and monitoring of compliance processes.

Conduct legal research and risk assessments.

Provide practical legal advice to business units on operational matters.

Interpret relevant legislation affecting the Group’s operations.

Support governance initiatives and compliance-related projects.

Handle ad hoc legal and compliance matters as assigned.

Administrative & Coordination

Provide regular updates to the Head, Group Legal Affairs.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of legal records.

Monitor follow-ups to ensure timely completion of matters.



Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal practice or in-house legal role.

Exposure to privacy or data protection laws is an added advantage.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong integrity, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
