1. Key Responsibilities

Lead system architecture and technical design initiatives

Develop, enhance, and maintain web and mobile applications

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

Oversee system integrations and third-party platform connectivity

Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Optimize database performance and system reliability

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

2. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)

A. Architecture & Design

Strong expertise in Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture

Experience designing scalable systems handling high concurrency and large-scale data processing

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience with serverless architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes

B. Web, Mobile App & Integration Development

Senior-level experience in at least one major backend language (e.g., Java or C#)

Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Blazor)

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and Webhook implementations

Hands-on experience with middleware and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms

Hands-on experience in mobile app development using .NET MAUI

C. Performance & Quality Assurance

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling

Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)

Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

3. Experience & Education

Proven experience in software development, with experience in a Senior or Lead capacity

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Preferably experience with SAP S/4HANA

4. Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong mentorship experience through code reviews, pair programming, and coaching

Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and accurate estimations within Agile/Scrum frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
