Key Responsibilities:

Monitor facility systems to ensure proper functionality and detect abnormalities.

Supervise and support technicians in troubleshooting, repairs, and system improvements.

Respond to user complaints and ensure compliance with cGMP and internal requirements.

Prepare reports on system defects or irregularities for the engineering team.

Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements.

Support project management tasks related to facility upgrades or expansions.

Ensure efficient operation of all site facilities and utilities.

Develop and implement SOPs, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures, and engineering processes for audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during all maintenance or repair work.

Implement energy management programs to reduce utility costs.

Manage service contractors and ensure scheduled maintenance and audits are completed.

Establish technical service standards and critical environment procedures.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cleanroom facilities or facility management.

Hands-on experience with HVAC, purified water systems, compressed air systems, and other utility systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and on-the-spot troubleshooting skills.
