Key Responsibilities:

Plan production activities based on customer orders and requirements.

Develop and manage production schedules in line with plant capacity and cycle times.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Monitor production progress and update schedules accordingly.

Allocate products for shipment based on sales demands.

Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in the BAAN system per change control procedures.

Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Support risk assessment and mitigation activities.



Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in production planning or scheduling (Senior role requires more).

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., BAAN is an advantage).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
