Job Description

Job Highlights:

Lead TikTok growth by combining content creation, live commerce production, and sales strategy. This role is responsible for producing high-performing short-form videos, supporting livestream commerce, and developing content strategies that directly contribute to traffic growth, affiliate adoption, and platform revenue.



Commercial Objective:

Grow TikTok into a scalable sales channel by:

Increasing organic traffic through consistent short-form content.

Supporting live commerce conversion through livestream production.

Enabling affiliates and creators with high-performing video assets.



Job Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Content Production

Shoot and edit high-volume short-form videos for TikTok, Shopee Video, and paid ads.

Produce product demos, skincare routines, before/after results, and UGC-style videos.

Maintain in-house filming setup including lighting, framing, and audio quality.

Ensure consistent visual standards aligned with brand identity.

2. TikTok Growth Strategy

Identify TikTok trends, formats, and hooks that drive reach and engagement.

Develop weekly content calendars aligned with campaign launches and promotions.

Test multiple content angles to identify high-performing formats.

Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets to maximize output.

3. Live Commerce & Sales Support

Support planning and production of TikTok live sessions.

Prepare livestream visual assets, product demonstration sequences, and scripts.

Assist with livestream setup including lighting, camera positioning, and product staging.

Work with hosts to ensure smooth live commerce execution.

4. Affiliate & Creator Support

Produce creator-ready product videos and visual assets for affiliates.

Develop simple content templates affiliates can replicate.

Assist in scaling creator content through structured asset production.

5. Performance & Optimization

Monitor content metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rate & click-through rate.

Analyze top-performing videos to refine future content direction.

Collaborate with marketing team to optimize content for ads and campaigns.



Job Requirements:

2 – 4 years’ experience in videography, TikTok content creation, or digital media.

Strong editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Comfortable filming with mobile devices and mirrorless cameras.

Good understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and short-form storytelling.

Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and sound recording.

Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin, English & Malay) is an added advantage.



Bonus Skills:

Experience with TikTok Live or live commerce.

Familiarity with AI video tools and UGC content workflows.

Experience supporting affiliate marketing content.



Portfolio Requirement:

Candidates should submit a portfolio demonstrating:

Short-form TikTok or Reels videos.

Product demonstration content.

Editing style and storytelling approach.

Any campaign or commercial video work.
