Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of new construction, renovation projects, and refurbishment of existing business premises, ensuring projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, and budget.

Manage overall project coordination, including construction & renovation progress monitoring, design drawing alignment, business operational facility requirements, resource allocation, vendor / contractor management, and quality control.

Project Planning & Management – Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, Engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives and finishing standards are achieved.

Supervise all construction activities, including site preparation, demolition works, building construction, renovation works, soft touch installation, and final finishing.

Work closely with interior designers and contractors to ensure adherence to approved design concepts, quality standards, and budget control to optimise project outcomes.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and resolve defects or issues promptly.

Review detailed renovation drawings and collaborate with operations teams to ensure project outcomes align with business objectives, operational practicality, and efficiency improvements.

Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality deliverables and expected project results are achieved.



Job Requirements:

Proven experience in a project management role within the construction or renovation industry.

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
