What you'll be doing

Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food production

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for necessary supplies

Contribute to the development and refinement of our menu offerings

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen



What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations

Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative culinary concepts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
