Job Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-related issues (on-site and remotely).

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.

Monitor and maintain company networks, internet connectivity, email systems, and internal servers.

Set up user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and IT assets for new hires.

Manage and maintain records of company electronic assets (e.g. laptops, mobile devices, printers, routers, etc.), including issuance, tracking, and return.

Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely updates and documentation.

Coordinate with external vendors/suppliers for system repairs, software licenses, and IT services when necessary.

Assist in system backups, updates, antivirus monitoring, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Provide support for teleconferencing tools, projectors, and other equipment during company meetings or events.

Ensure IT compliance by adhering to standard operating procedures and maintaining clear documentation, including support processes, FAQs, and IT-related SOPs.



Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, networking, and basic troubleshooting.

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, Active Directory, and basic server knowledge is an added advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Able to work independently and respond promptly to support requests.

Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (written and spoken) will be considered an added advantage.
