Your primary responsibilities will be:
-To provide effective counselling services to students, who are looking for admissions in colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.
-To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.
-Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email inquiries, incoming calls, and leads from recruitment activities promptly and effectively, ensuring all inquiries have a high conversion rate into applications and enrollments.
-Provide assistance and advice to students on course applications, visa applications, accommodation, scholarships, travel arrangements, and any other after-sales services, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their journey.
-To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission registration, Scholar Search (annual events), school visits and other related events.
-To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as well as career & study pathways.
-To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment (commission based on target achieved).
-Collaborate with the team to share best practices and enhance overall performance
-Perform any other duties as directed by the management.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree preferably in education, counseling, psychology, communication, marketing, but all other fields of studies are encouraged to apply.
-Candidates with 1-2 years working experience in education consulting or study abroad advising in Australia, UK, Ireland and New Zealand will be considered for the Junior role.
-Candidates with 2 years or more of working experience in education consulting or study abroad advising in Australia, UK, Ireland and New Zealand will be considered for the Senior role.
-Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with Chinese students.
-Eager and committed to achieve targets.
-Excellent work ethics.
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-Willing to work overtime during peak period (after exam results).
-Willing to answer priority messages at night from students.
-Willing to work on weekends and travel for Scholar Search events when it’s required & as scheduled.
-Be able to travel and work on-site in the office (Bandar Sunway).
