Key responsibilities include:
-Develop and refine sales pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials to support business development initiatives
-Coordinate project implementation from client onboarding through delivery to ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
-Support tender preparation and pre-project documentation to ensure submissions are accurate and completed on time
-Conduct quality control checks on project deliverables before submission to clients
-Monitor and maintain project SOPs to ensure operational consistency and compliance
-Manage project scope boundaries between internal teams and clients to prevent scope creep
-Act as a coordination point between Business Development, Operations, and other internal teams
-Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and service delivery efficiency

Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
-At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Project Operations, Consulting, or related roles
-Strong experience in project coordination, client delivery, or implementation
-Excellent written and spoken English
