Job Description

1. Creative Design & Branding
-Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, social media visuals, advertisements, banners, billboards, and event materials.
-Adapt master campaign visuals into various formats for print and digital platforms.
-Assist in developing branding materials for new property launches including logos, key visuals, and templates.
-Ensure all designs comply with Mitraland’s brand identity and quality standards.

2. Digital & Marketing Support
-Create visual content for social media, digital advertisements, website updates, and email campaigns.
-Assist in producing simple video edits, reels, or motion graphics when required.
-Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through creative visuals.

3. Production & Vendor Coordination
-Prepare artwork files according to printing and production specifications.
-Liaise with printing and fabrication vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
-Coordinate production timelines and ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule.
-Conduct quality checks on printed materials, signages, and installations.

4. Cost & Project Support
-Assist in monitoring production costs to ensure marketing materials remain within the approved marketing budget.
-Maintain proper filing of artwork, templates, and brand assets.
-Provide design support during marketing events, exhibitions, and project launches.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
-1–2 years of graphic design experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
-Strong design sense in layout, typography, and visual composition.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
-Applicants must submit a design portfolio showcasing previous work.
