Job Description

Identify and evaluate new suppliers to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.

Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

Monitor material lead times to avoid production delays.

Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, and QA teams to monitor inventory levels, manage reorder points and safety stock, and ensure continuous material availability for production.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier contracts, and procurement records.



Job Requirement

At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage for this position.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Candidates must posses at least Diploma/Degree in related field.

Required Language(s) : Bahasa Mandarin & Malaysia & English to effectively communicate with our supplier.

Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadline.
