Responsibilities:

Ensure the availability of materials for the production department at all times.

Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels by taking into consideration turnover, sales, and price fluctuations

Use the best purchasing strategies by taking into consideration business needs at all levels, and at the same time, negotiating the best terms for the benefit of the company

Assist the superior in drawing up purchasing plans based on product forecasts

Maintain proper and complete documentation of purchases and usage

Prepare a monthly cost-saving report as requested.

Responsible for any other assignments which will be delegated by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification in Administration or a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage.

Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
