Responsibilities

Manage projects from design and planning through final accounts and DLP.

Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for land acquisitions.

Develop and execute property development activities and timelines.

Liaise with authorities for approvals and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Provide regular progress updates and implement value engineering solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Property, or Real Estate.

8-10 years of experience in property development and/or construction.

Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and time constraints.

Skilled in managing authority’s liaison processes and project implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, driven, and result-oriented.
