What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare / review lifting plan for lifting activities

Coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with the lifting plan.

Briefing all lifting team members on the lifting plan, risk control measure and safe lifting procedure before the commencement of any lifting operation.

Ensuring that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers and appointed signalman to participate in any lifting operation involving the use of cranes (crawler, mobile and tower cranes).

Ensuring that the ground conditions and crane position are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by cranes (crawler / mobile).

Be present during all lifting operations and if unsafe conditions are reported to him, to take suitable measures to rectify the conditions so that the lifting operation can be conducted safely.

Assist crane operator to conduct crane & lifting gears inspection & maintained inspection report

Assist project team on site logistic plan & traffic management arrangement

Assist safety department conduction machinery inspection, organizing HSE program (eg housekeeping, toolbox, daily site observation etc)

Give full support to AMECSB HSE department on lifting safety.

Assist in DOSH Inspection for any crane fitness certificate renewal

Any ad hoc duties assigned by the management.



What We’re Looking For:

Possess valid Lifting Supervisor Competency certification.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction projects involving lifting operations
