Sales & Operations Executive

Responsible for handling sales coordination, customer communication, quotation preparation, purchasing activities, and operational support. This role works closely with management to ensure smooth daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Customer Handling
Prepare quotation and follow up with customers
Respond to customer enquiries (WhatsApp / Email)
Coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery
🔹 Billing & Documentation
Prepare invoice, DO, and related documents
Maintain proper records and filing system
Check and update sales records
🔹 Purchasing & Sourcing
Source materials and suppliers
Request quotation from suppliers
Compare costing and negotiate pricing
Issue PO and follow up on orders
🔹 Operations Coordination
Arrange delivery and logistics
Coordinate with internal team (site / technician)
Ensure smooth workflow from order to delivery
🔹 Costing & Reporting
Assist in costing and price comparison
Provide basic reports to management
