Purchasing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the management and execution of transformer product procurement activities, ensuring the smooth progress of the procurement process. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Formulating and implementing the company's procurement strategies and plans to ensure effective control of procurement budgets and needs.
2. Researching market conditions, collecting supplier information, drafting procurement contracts, and coordinating with suppliers to complete procurement tasks.
3. Participating in the selection and evaluation of procurement projects, and participating in bidding, price inquiries, and pricing to ensure the quality and progress of procurement projects.
4. Coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure the normal execution and efficient implementation of procurement activities.
5. Supplier delivery management: Responsible for the entire process control of supplier delivery, including the signing and execution progress tracking of procurement contracts, contract changes, handling of delivery anomalies (such as delayed delivery, substandard quality, etc.), and emergency response.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university, with experience in procurement management in a large manufacturing industry; those holding procurement or supply chain-related professional certifications are preferred.
2. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay.
3. Familiar with procurement processes and methods, and possessing strong supply chain management and procurement negotiation skills.
4. Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills, and is adept at coordinating the work of various departments within the company.
5. Possesses strong numerical processing and data analysis capabilities, and is able to analyze and optimize procurement data.
