Finance Executive

Responsibilities
-Manage financial records for e-commerce platforms including sales tracking and expense monitoring
-Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports and ensure accurate financial reporting
-Perform bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet accuracy
-Review promotional pricing to ensure healthy profit margins
-Improve reporting processes and support automation using SAP
-Support audits, inventory reconciliation, and ad-hoc management reports
-Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
-3–5 years of finance/accounting experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
-Experience in AR, audit, or platform profitability analysis
-Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is an advantage
-Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
