Live Host (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:
-Host live selling sessions according to scheduled timelines.
-Present and demonstrate products clearly, accurately, and professionally.
-Engage viewers in real-time — respond to inquiries, comments, and questions during live sessions.
-Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions, pricing, and features.
-Work closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to plan livestream concepts, product scripts, and campaign highlights.
-Ensure livestream setup (lighting, audio, product arrangement) is presentation-ready before going live.
-Track and report livestream performance, including viewers count, conversion, and engagement metrics.
-Participate in short video shoots, promotional content, and social media campaigns when required.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Live Host
-Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage audiences naturally
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
-Comfortable working flexible shifts and having weekly off days on Wednesday & Thursday
