Area Manager - Retail Operations

Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage new store / kiosk openings, including store setup, recruitment of retail staff, arrange for business license and coordination with shopping mall management, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely store launches in timely manner.
-Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual promotional strategies to drive retail performance and revenue growth.
-Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the assigned region.
-Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved across all stores
-Monitor store performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
-Lead, coach, and develop retail teams
-Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience
-Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational strategies
-Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
-Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve results
-Stores/ kiosk recruitment and termination
-Any ah-hoc assignment from time to time.

Min Requirements
-Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably managing multiple outlets
-Mandatory experience in opening new retail stores or kiosks and dealing with shopping mall management
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Sales-driven with strong business acumen
-Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Willing to travel between outlets
-Able to work weekend and Public Holidays
