GL Supervisor (Controlling & Accounting)

Responsibilities:
-To lead and manage a team of Accounting subordinates in supporting the accounting and controlling for the countries assigned.
-Assign and organize roles and responsibilities to team members.
-Review the works and tasks done by the team to ensure accuracy and quality.
-Providing guidance and coaching to the team on new policies, work instructions, and new requirements from the Group.
-Coordinate and manage the balance sheet review for Regional and Country.
-Work closely with the Management to implement or drive for standardization of processes across countries supported by this center.
-Drive for commonality and simplify processes in line with Company's policies and guidelines.
-Leading and coordinate all tasks migration from the country to SSC according according to the planned schedules.
-Achieve cost-efficient and eliminate redundancy through the center.
-Team engagement and motivation.
-Resource planning and drive for efficiencies.
-Monitor KPI of the team.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related disciplines or Professional Degree.
-5-7 years' experience in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
-At least 2 years' experience in managing subordinates.
-Able to manage a team of Accounting team members.
-Able to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces.
-Able to guide and provide coaching to the team.
