PRODUCTION OFFICER (Supervisor)

Requirements:
-Degree in any discipline preferably with technical background.
-Possess good leadership, organizing and supervision skill.
-Good communications and interpersonal skills.
-Must be able work on shift.
-Minimum 2 years' experience and above.

Responsibilities:
-To supervise a group of production technicians and operators to meet production targets.
-To execute daily line housekeeping (5S) & safety, operator discipline, and attendance.
-Responsibility to ensure the operation and output meet the quality requirements and objectives.
-Make the necessary corrections to the operations or operators to correct any quality problems encountered.
-Responsible for providing visible and real-time indicators to help operators meet the expected performance.
-Identify abnormality and potential hazards and take necessary preventive action.
