Finance Executive

Job Descriptions

Oversee daily financial routines and executions

Send invoices and manage receivables

Monitor monthly payable and coordinate with service providers and partners

Monitor payroll to ensure timely payout and compliance

Reconcile bank statements, transactions and books for accuracy

Support bank related matters, declarations and follow up

Develop and implement short, mid, and long term strategic plans for cost approvals & optimization and efficiency

Support monthly consolidated financial reports

Collaborate with international teams for cross border financial procedures and operations

Process operation claims by following strict approval SOP

Job Requirements

Hold at least a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar fields.

Have 1 to 3 years of working experience and comfortable working with startups.

Ability to identify core focuses and prioritize executions under fast-changing environment.

Proven ability in project management and executing against goals/metrics within required timelines.

Solid communication, time management and reporting skills.

Have experience managing finance and legal components.

Excel in spreadsheet modeling and projections.

High discipline, strict execution-oriented and creative problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retail.

Experience in accounting software, including Xero and Quickbook.

Ability to speak English. Ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.


Note:

Working hours: 5-day per week, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with one hour (1PM-2PM) for rest.

If you pass all the interview, you need to be on board within one month. We will sign a one-year service contract.
