Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Business Support

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee administration.

Act as a key HR contact for business units, providing advisory support on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Drive recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to meet business needs with minimal disruption.

Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.

3. Employee Lifecycle & Relations

Manage the full employee lifecycle including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

4. Performance & Engagement

Support performance management processes and initiatives to enhance employee productivity and accountability.

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

5. Compliance & HR Governance

Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and other statutory requirements.

Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in line with audit and regulatory standards.

6. Administration & Office Management

Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.

Monitor and manage office inventory efficiently.



Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in retail, property, or fast-paced environments.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
