Senior Account Executive

What you'll be doing
-Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
-Analyse financial data and provide insightful recommendations to management to support decision-making
-Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments
-Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
-Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for
-A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
-At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably in the construction industry
-Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
-Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) would be an advantage
