Sales & Marketing Executive - Balakong

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive located in Balakong, Selangor. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will:
-Provide excellent customer service while driving sales growth for the company
-Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals for clients
-Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors
-Identify new project opportunities and potential clients
-Prepare quotations and follow up closely with customers
-Provide product information and recommend suitable solutions to meet client needs
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth
-Assist in monitoring and following up on customer payments

Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
-Passionate about building a career in sales and business development
-Able to communicate with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin or Cantonese
-Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
-Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
-5 days work week, 9am - 5:30pm
