Senior Executive, IT Governance Analyst

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

Master Data Management (MDM)

Create, maintain, and manage master data to support ongoing business operations and decision-making.

Monitor and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems in line with defined business rules.

Collaborate closely with business units, project teams, and IT support to align master data processes with operational needs.

Manage and maintain user access rights across systems in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Conduct periodic user access reviews, system owner reviews, and software license audits to ensure compliance.

Address and resolve incident and service request cases promptly, maintaining SLA adherence.



Project Management Office (PMO) & Governance

Champion the PMO and Governance agenda, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and frameworks.

Develop, implement, and maintain governance standards, templates, and reporting structures.

Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure documentation and compliance with governance requirements.

Coordinate PMO meetings and provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on key initiatives.

Oversee the company’s timesheet and KPI tracking systems to ensure operational accuracy and accountability.

Manage and track governance activities, milestones, and KPI progress across departments.

Identify and manage business and IT risks, maintain the risk register, and ensure mitigating controls are in place.

Maintain and update IT security policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external IT audits, coordinating with departments for timely responses and action plans.

Assist the Senior IT Manager in strategic initiatives, governance improvement, and other ad-hoc tasks.



🎓 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in MDM, PMO, governance, or risk management functions.

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and project management processes.

Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and IT security principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.

Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
