Job Description

Competency Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Science or any related fields. Candidates with Science background will have an added advantage.

Candidates should ideally possess 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Goal-driven, adaptable, resilient and self-motivated.

Possess coaching & mentoring skills, problem-solving ability, performance management, territory & pipeline management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Travel is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.

Effective written and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.



Area of Coverage:

The role involves managing a team of Product Specialists in House Brand Sales division.

Job Description:

Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.

Lead, coach, and monitor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.

Manage recruitment, sales force training, objective setting, and performance evaluation of the sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key channel partners.

Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to support business growth.

Stay informed on product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

Optimize territory coverage and resource allocation to maximize sales effectiveness.

Manage sales budgets and ensure effective utilization of expenses (e.g. CMEs, events, sponsorships) with strong ROI focus.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute integrated sales and marketing initiatives.

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
