Project Planner - Construction (Seri Kembangan)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths required for the successful completion of the rail project.

Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for each activity in the project schedule, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Monitor the progress pf activities and update the project schedule accordingly, using project management software or scheduling software as required.

Conduct schedule analysis to identify potential delays, critical path activities, and areas where the project schedule can be optimized.

Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and update stakeholders on any schedule changes or impacts.

Assess the impact of proposed changes, variations, or scope adjustments on the project schedule.

Generate regular reports on schedule performance, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis.

Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction project.

Experience in using project management software or scheduling software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Min. 3-5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Familiar with software Primavera P6.

Able to travel to project sites when required for meetings, presentation and schedule activities, etc.
