Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
-Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
-Promote services offered to client
-Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and proposal discussions
-Build strong relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients

Sales Execution & Performance
-Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Continuously improve sales approach, pitch, and objection-handling skills
-Understand client business and technical needs, including any electrical project and maintenance requirements

Team Contribution & Mentoring
-Share best practices and contribute to overall team performance
-Participate in weekly sales meetings with management and account department

What We’re Looking For
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals
-Strong knowledge or exposure to electrical systems, electrical maintenance, or engineering-related services is an added advantage
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
-Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player
