Production Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities:
-To run the production according to the production plan as prepared by the superior.
-To check the daily finish goods quantity after each production closing.
-To inform the superior if any replenishment of materials for production is necessary to ensure the plant is running smoothly without any downtime.
-To take ullage for the oil level in the blending tanks and record it in the production report before production opening and after production closing.
-To ensure all related plant activities such as downtime, changing filter bags, break down of the plant equipment and utilities are recorded in the Production Report and Plant Log Book.
-To ensure Plant Start-up and Shut-Down are carried out accordingly to avoid any damage to the plant utilities, equipment or blockage of the pipelines.
-To ensure Operators to fill in all the log sheets for the plant utilities in order to ensure any abnormal signals from the plant utilities can be captured at the fastest time to avoid any serious damages to the plant utilities that may cause the production downtime.

Job Requirements:
-The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Chemistry, Science or equivalent.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Applicants must be willing to work in shifts/OT.
