职责/Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, chats and emails, providing accurate and timely information, including enquiries related to travel. - 处理来电、在线聊天及电子邮件，提供准确及时的信息，包括与旅游相关的咨询。

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. - 以专业且富有同理心的方式回复客户的咨询和投诉。

要求/Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SPM, UEC, O-Level or higher. - 最低学历：SPM、UEC、O-Level 或以上。

Proficient in Mandarin and basic English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and (Mandarin team) - 能够熟练使用中文，并具备基本英语沟通能力，以有效与讲中文的客户及（中文团队）交流。

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome). - 有客户服务或呼叫中心经验者优先（欢迎应届毕业生）。
