📝 Key Responsibilities

Monitor sales pipelines and order delivery status by coordinating with sales managers and customers

Handle customer enquiries related to product delivery

Track monthly sales backlog and update the revenue file

Coordinate with the Professional Services department on monthly project progress

Contact customers regarding annual renewal of maintenance service contracts

Prepare sales reports and analysis for Management, Sales, and Finance teams

Provide support to China Sales Operations on an ad hoc basis

Follow up on customer payments and collections

Ensure all invoices and recurring maintenance income are accurately recorded in the Accpac system to meet month-end closing timelines

Supervise one Sales Operations Assistant

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or customer service is preferred

Minimum Diploma qualification

Good at numbers and presenting data

Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
