SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Candidate to join us in our sales team!

Responsibilities:

Explore, identify and develop new market opportunities.

Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers.

Expand market & clientele and contribute positively to achieve sales targets.

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Attend to inquiries or complaints, recommend solutions and provide support to customer as and when required.

Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements to identify best market opportunities and trends.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking or social media.

Review sales performance, achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Provide feedback to management regularly including competitors activities, market trend and customer satisfaction.

Weekly and monthly reports, attending meetings and training.

Requirements:

Preferable 1-2 years of working experience in the sales or machinery industrial.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role require candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.

Cheerful personality, love to communicate with others, strong subjective initiative, strong team consciousness.

Strongly ambitious, responsibility and positive work attitude.

Fast learner, passionate and energetic.

Strong negotiation, closing skills, and marketing skills.

Proficient in using online chat tools such as WeChat, watsapp, familiar with basic computer operations, and have certain text and language communication, coordination. Management ability.

Candidates must possess own transportation and willing to travel.

Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
